KnowNot operates this website for adults and licensed Oregon cannabis-industry partners. This notice explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request an order, join the wholesale menu list, express interest in an upcoming release, contact us, or create a Partner Locker profile, we may collect your business name, buyer name, email address, phone number, OLCC license number, product interests, request details, and messages you send us.
How we use information
We use this information to review and confirm wholesale requests, verify buyer eligibility, communicate with business contacts, maintain partner relationships, provide requested monthly menu advertisements, manage private allocations, prevent misuse, and keep business records.
Information saved on your device
The site stores your age confirmation for up to 30 days and may save buyer-profile information in your browser so repeat requests are faster. Buyer information saved in the browser can be removed with the “Forget saved information” control on the menu page. Clearing your browser storage also removes it.
Email choices
Every KnowNot marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests and suppress that address from future promotional campaigns. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary replies or transactional messages about a request you initiated.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, secure access, data storage, and email delivery. They process information for those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, licensing obligations, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including business, compliance, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to anyone under 21. KnowNot does not knowingly use this site to collect information from minors or sell cannabis directly to consumers.
